If we're ever going to share calendars, we have to insist on interoperability between them all. Let's drain the swamp!
calendars can enhance communication, if:-1) everybody can see everyone's calendars (official at least)2) they have integrated communication tools (for example HyperOffice calendars have integrated chat, forums etc)
